KOWAX G4Si1 is a mixed wire for welding of non-alloyed structural steels in protective gas atmospheres. The main advantage of this material is its high quality while maintaining the best performance/price ratio. According to the standard requirements, the wire has a higher Mn and Si content than KOWAX G3Si1 which guarantees better mechanical values of the weld metal. KOWAX G4Si1 can be used in pure CO2( C) or in Ar/CO2 mixed gas (M). The mechanical properties listed below in this datasheet are obtained using the Ar/20CO2 mixture. Welding current (A), =(+)
