NANO technology - the ideal welder's helper
NANO technology manipulates atoms to create a new object as small as possible. The result is then great utility properties that clean , protect, restore the original appearance or prevent fogging, for example.
How can we use NANO technology in practice?
Nano formulations create a very hard and durable layer on the treated surface that protects against damage, enhances gloss and depth and makes subsequent maintenance as easy as possible.
Thanks to their NANO size (usually approx. 1-100 nm), i.e. 10-9 m (billionths of a meter), they fill all pores perfectly and smooth the treated surface . As the surface is perfectly smoothed, dirt, grease, chemicals have no space to stick and settle.
1. Preparation of the surface before applying the nano splices
The surface must be properly prepared before application. It must be very thoroughly cleaned of applied dirt, and it must be properly degreased. The better it is degreased, the better the nano layer will adhere to the surface to be treated.
2. Applying nano technology to the surface
Apply the product to the surface to be treated and let it work for a while - i.e. let it flow into any microscopic holes.
Then treat with a microfibre cloth and polish it properly .
After about an hour, apply another coat of nanofiller to the surface.
The nano particles work like a magnet. The particles line up to the surface with the positive pole and in the opposite direction with the negative pole. And because dust particles and other unwanted molecules (dirt) are also negatively charged, the nano coating repels them.
3. Examples of Nano technology applications
