    KOWAX® SEPARATION SPRAY is a special silicone-free welding separation spray that provides a significant increase in the life of welding torch end parts. It facilitates the movement of the welding wire and mainly prevents the formation of slag deposits and metal beads on welds and in welding nozzles.

    MAIN BENEFITS:

    • Prevents metal spatter and slag from sticking in the welding nozzle and on the part to be welded.
    • Increases the service life of welding nozzles and torch nozzles.
    • Facilitates welding wire feed.
    • Does not affect subsequent surface treatments: cataphoresis, electroplating, zinc (chem., heat.), painting, etc.
    • Demand KOWAX® brand quality.
    • It is one of the few products on the market to be equipped with a perfume that serves as a safety feature in case the entire aerosol content is released into the air, the perfume will alert the operator to the high concentration of compressible gas in the air and the risk of explosion (in these cases, ensure sufficient ventilation).

    USE:
     Spray a thin layer on the cool inner parts of the torch (in the nozzle) and the part to be welded. Do not spray on hot or incandescent parts!
